上星期的四天暫時離開了最近另人傷心的新聞，調節一下心情，4女子一齊挑戰日本有名的 #表銀座縦走 . 三天的路程比想像中要辛苦，每日行10小時以上，當中很多都需要攀爬，有驚無險，仲要揹住個6-7kg嘅背囊。同時亦因為在海拔高嘅地方大家晚上睡山小屋也沒怎麼好好休息。路程中四個女仔互相扶持互相鼓勵，雖然辛苦不過最後我哋都完成咗❤️😊、仲袋住咗許多很美好嘅回憶。我自己則很喜歡這條充滿挑戰嘅路線，有梯級有碎石有攀爬仲有兩旁是懸崖垂直嘅鐵梯，又走過冰川又會看到河流和一大片綠油油嘅山脈，感覺在三日經歷了不同嘅天氣和地形。很感恩除了起步及最後落山回到地面是有下雨其餘時間都是天晴😍。謝謝三位好朋友陪伴我挑戰了一直很想爬的槍ヶ岳, #iloveyou3000 . 過了一星期仍在回味那幾天在山上嘅時光😊.

先週の4日間、最近の悲しい香港のニュースを去り、日本の有名な #表銀座縦走に4人の女性に挑戦しましたが、3日間の旅は想像以上に難しく、1日10時間以上かかります。登山だけでなく、6〜7kgのバックパックを持ち運ぶためだけでなく、高地では、誰もが夜寝るので、休むことはありません。遠くにいる4人の女性はお互いを支え合い、励まし合っていましたが、非常に大変でしたが、ついに恥ずかしさを解消し、たくさんの美しい思い出を残しました。私は個人的にこのやりがいのあるルートが好きです、砂利登るためのステップがあります、そして崖の上に2つの垂直崖があります、氷河を通って歩き、川と大きな緑の山を見なければなりません。 3日間は異なる天候と地形を経験しました。スタートどついに地上に降りるとき以外は、雨が降っていることにとても感謝しています。私がいつも登りたがっていた銃に挑戦するために同行してくれた3人の仲間のおかげでiloveyou3000。一週間経っても、山の中にいた日々を思い出しました。 .

Happy Birthday to the biggest kid in our family! 😂❤️
The most dependable husband I could ask for, and the dad our kids can always count on.

With these two little helpers, there was no chance of having a quiet birthday 🤣

Summer in Japan ☀️
The rest of our August was filled with all the little things that make summer feel like summer 🏖️
— beach days, pool days, catching up with friends, our neighborhood 祭り& 盆踊り, chasing sunflowers 🌻, and even a trip to Kyoto for snowboard training in the middle of summer
Busy, sweaty, sometimes exhausting… but SO full of fun and memories. ❤️
People say you only get around 1x summers with your kids before they grow up , so while they still want to stay with us, we’ll make every summer count and play as hard as we can.
Tired mom 😆, full hearts and best memories. ❤️

好充實（即係我忙到癲）嘅暑假，返東京繼續帶佢哋去玩，去沙灘去玩水去睇太陽花，約朋友仔去玩，仲去埋京都參加一個Snowboard嘅Summer camp🏂
係佢哋仲願意黐住我哋去玩嘅時候，會繼續喪玩🤟🏻
另：爸爸媽媽仍然偷到時間飲吓酒🍻

Summer in Japan 🌻
The rest of our August was filled with all the little things that make summer feel like summer 🏖️

A little Hong Kong photo dump 🇭🇰❤️
Back home for 2 weeks in late July, and somehow there’s never enough time to see everyone I want to see. 🥹
Always So happy to catch up with my favourite people — good food and wine , endless chats, lots of laughs, and picking up right where we left off, no matter how long it’s been.

So good seeing all these familiar faces again 🫶🏻
My heart (and also my tummy 🤪) was very full after this trip.

Ishigaki summer memories 🌺

Feeling so blessed with the most beautiful weather throughout our trip — endless blue skies, crystal-clear water and sunshine every single day.

The best part was simply slowing down and spending quality time with our kids and good friends — swimming, exploring, laughing, eating, drinking and enjoying those long summer days together.

The kids may not remember every place we visited or everything we did, but hopefully they’ll remember how these summers felt. 🩵❤️
 Couldn’t have asked for a better summer getaway. 🌴

Ki San 到步嘅時候仲話石垣島好似同其他沖繩外島冇乜分別，應該嚟一次就夠，走嘅時候已經改咗口話要再嚟🤣
好神奇係竟然唔多遊客我哋去嘅tour都冇乜人，除咗夜晚食飯個area 時候先見返啲遊客 ( 石垣好細，應該全世界都係喺嗰個位食晚飯）。真係地方唔需要大，當地嘅人，自然嘅環境同超級清嘅海水已經夠我哋回味，期待下次再嚟💕

An afternoon in paradise 💙 #川平湾
Clear SUP & kayaking through the crystal-clear waters of Kabira Bay — so clear it almost felt like we were floating on glass. ✨
With barely anyone around, we had this little slice of paradise almost all to ourselves. Just endless shades of blue, sunshine, and the most peaceful afternoon on the water. 🩵
Definitely one of those we wished could last a little longer. 🤍

SUP & clear kayaking through the crystal-clear waters of Kabira Bay — so clear it almost felt like we were floating on glass. ✨

Their first snorkeling adventure in #Ishigaki Island this July .

So lucky to meet a sea turtle, surrounded by so many colorful fish and beautiful corals.

It was Amous’s very first time snorkelling on his own, and he absolutely loved it! 🤿. He was so excited exploring the underwater world and didn’t want to stop .

A big thank you to our amazing snorkeling guide, who was so kind and patient and stayed with the youngest one throughout the tour, while Daddy looked after Sara.

Such a fun first snorkeling experience for both of them.🤟🏻

同海龜一齊游水，
哥哥第一次浮潛佢好鍾意,
好開心睇到海龜同好多魚同埋珊瑚
估唔到三歲嘅妹妹都有得一齊玩，
佢瞓喺嗰張浮床嗰度係有個窿可以望到下面，超正🤟🏻

(2) 另外一日去同海豚玩💕
妹妹掂都唔敢掂，坐後排睇😆
