Our Alaskan cruise was eventful learning of, and living with, my ruptured appendix at sea for 15 hours before we were able to be disembarked. The pain was a lot to endure, but by the Grace of God, I’m humbled to share i had a successful/no infection, surgery in Juneau, Alaska! That was an Alaskan adventure we didn’t plan! 😂
I’m grateful for the hands that cared for me, especially Larry, who never left my side.
After healing and being released, we were blessed to continue our journey and experience the incredible beauty of Alaska!

This trip to my Indy hometown…sweet time w/ Mom, helping my sister Michelle w/ her “She’s Nuts” Oktoberfest, catching up with old high school and other friends, staying up way too late, and keeping our annual Apple Orchard tradition alive.

Another fun moment was celebrating a little piece my history, as 50 years ago, my sister Susan’s and I’s HS band won state…And on this special anniversary, the current band honored us by recreating parts of our winning performance. It was full-circle moment!

Cora may only be 4, but is wise beyond her years and FULL of spunk! 💕 She loves her clothes, shoes, and accessories and has an adventurous, independent little spirit. She brings so much fun and personality wherever she goes!

My friend, Cheree, truly was luminous, and I feel so blessed to have known her. Her light, her love, and the beautiful way she touched people, old and young, will stay with me always. Whether it was partnering with me for the cause of special needs, caring for others that were ill, or being available day to day for encouragement and support for so many….she is in heaven, shining even brighter now. 💕 by @veronicaanncole

To my Hoosier family and friends…..while I now call Florida home, Indiana will always have a special place in my heart—and so will all of those wonderful hometown events! So excited for everyone to meet our newest grandson, Cade Lawrence Dickey! 💙

Cade is absolutely perfect….so healthy and we thank God for this incredible blessing and for safely bringing him into our family.

Proud of Olivia and Ryan after waiting a little longer than expected…..your strength, patience, and unwavering love demonstrate how amazing parents you are, and it is such a joy to watch you pour your hearts into your children every single day.

What a beautiful surprise this little boy has been! Cade truly is God’s bonus blessing, and it’s clear He had wonderful plans all along.

Big brother Zeke and big sister Cora are already completely in love with their baby brother. Watching them love on him is enough to melt anyone’s heart. Love you so much, sweet Cade!

Our second-born grandson, Zeke, is five years old and full of life. He loves sports and is adding ice hockey to the list this year! He’s curious, thoughtful, and always asking questions that make us think. Watching him learn, grow, and explore the world is such a joy. We love you, Zeke! by @veronicaanncole
