happy birthday to the little boy that changed our world!

no big party this year but we wanted to make sure he still felt extra loved as always. if you have ever met carson at a set up or break down you are so lucky 🤭 he’s the sweetest, most social, funniest, and coolest kid we know.

and if you didn’t know… he’s the main reason why made with joy exists today!

mommy and daddy love you so much, carson. happy fourth birthday.

japan 2026.

a full circle moment being back home after 20 years. traveling with friends. getting lost. endless use of the translate app. getting on the wrong shinkansen. making new parent friends that related. randomly stumbling upon a cute busy street. 7/11 runs. a jet lagged toddler. good food. tired feet. saying yes to buying everything bc “the yen is weak.”

wish i could pocket all the memories and feelings forever. still the best trip. can’t wait to be back next year 🥹✌️ taken in Japan by @veronicaxjoy

sedonaaaaur. late bday celebration for b and early bday celebration for me.

tomorrow i turn 33 and the older i get the more the more i appreciate simplicity and peace. i’m so grateful to have everything i could ask for. good health. married to my best friend. a son that teaches me everyday. my parents to watch him grow up. my sister. friendships that are just easy and friendships that have lasted almost 20 years now. a great job and even a business to call my own.

i love my thirties. i love you guys. thank you for this much needed get away, all the laughs, bomb food, and good vibes.
