A few days ago I turned 33, but with everything happening in Venezuela, I just didn’t have the heart to post about it.
Even so, I had such a beautiful birthday. Fabio and I discovered the most breathtaking place in Michigan, and I was surrounded by incredible people who made the day even more special.
Today, more than ever, I feel deeply grateful for the gift of life. After everything that has happened in Venezuela, I’ve been reminded how precious each new day truly is. I feel incredibly blessed for every day God allows me to wake up, to hug my son, and to keep moving forward.
Thank you, God, for another year of life, for Your protection, and for every blessing, especially the ones I sometimes take for granted. Here’s to embracing this new chapter with gratitude, faith, and hope. 🤍 taken in Leland, Michigan by @verovanedp
