One of the nice things about having your closest people around is that nobody has to work very hard to get a real reaction out of you. They already know exactly what to say to make you laugh, and those little interactions often end up being some of the photos you’re happiest to have later.

You’ve picked the song. Now picture it with live sax.

Maybe it’s the one you’ll walk down the aisle to. Maybe it’s your first dance. Or maybe it’s that track your friends absolutely cannot hear without making their way to the dance floor.

Start with the moments you’re most excited about, then plan the music around them. You don’t need a sax solo every time someone stands up.

Here are 10 possibilities to consider:

• Walking Down The Aisle
• Cocktail Hour
• Wedding Party Introductions
• Your Grand Entrance As A Couple
• Your First Dance
• Between Dinner Courses
• Bouquet Toss
• Cake Cutting
• Playing Over A Dance Track
• Moving Through The Crowd

And no, you don’t need to squeeze all 10 into your timeline. Whether you’re getting married in New Jersey or the Philadelphia area, we’ll help you choose the moments that fit your music, your guests, and the way you want your wedding to feel.

A little different from your typical couple portrait, but that’s what makes this one fun. The fountain gave us a natural frame and let us capture our couple from a completely different perspective.

Would you rather have classic portraits, creative angles, or a mix of both? Tell us below.

Wedding entrances should feel like the party has officially started. When the wedding party comes in ready to have fun and our couple follows with an entrance everyone remembers, it gives the whole reception a great start. We love helping set that tone from the very first introduction.

So many good moments from Averie & Billy’s day. We couldn’t pick just one. From the sweetest moments to the ones that had everyone smiling, this was such a fun day to be part of!

Which wedding moment do you always look forward to seeing most? Tell us in the comments.

We get to photograph plenty of big wedding moments, but sometimes the best ones only last a few seconds. They’re quick, they’re real, and they’re full of the kind of excitement you just can’t plan. These are the moments we love capturing as they happen.

Here’s something we wish more couples knew before hiring a wedding DJ.

You are not just hiring someone to press play. You’re trusting that person with your introductions, announcements, transitions, dance floor, and a big part of how the reception feels from one moment to the next.

Ask how they communicate with your other vendors, what their backup plan looks like, and how much input you’ll actually have. A good conversation before you book can save you from a lot of frustration later.

Save this post if choosing the right DJ is still on your planning list.

One thing we noticed about Brielle and Chris pretty quickly was that they were happiest when we gave them room to just be themselves. So that’s what we did.

We gave them a little direction when they needed it, then backed off and let them enjoy being together.

We were there for both photography and video, so while they focused on each other, our team could capture the reactions, the conversation, and everything that happened naturally in between.

Rebecca and Matthew trusted us with more than just capturing their wedding day. We also had the honor of providing their officiant, which made being part of their ceremony feel even more personal for our team.

Having our officiant and photography team working together meant they could stay focused on each other while we made sure the ceremony flowed smoothly and the moments that mattered were documented.

One thing was pretty clear at Jaylin and Amanda’s wedding. Their guests were ready to have fun. A photo booth is such an easy way to give everyone another part of the reception to enjoy, whether they stop by with family, grab a group of friends, or come back a few times before the night is over.

Give this a like if a photo booth is on your wedding wish list.

David and Kendra had one of those receptions where everyone wanted to be part of the celebration. We love when family and friends bring that kind of energy because it gives us so many real moments to capture while we keep the party moving.
