Incase you need to hear this💌

I know you’ve been running along with the rat race, always trying to keep up, achieve more, and get somewhere faster. But maybe you don’t always have to run. Give yourself the time and space to slow down, to breathe, to grow at your own pace, and to notice the little things around you. Appreciate the quiet moments, the small joys, and how far you’ve already come. Be grateful for the person you are becoming, and give yourself credit for all the hard work you’ve been putting in. You don’t have to be so hard on yourself. Sometimes, slowing down is not falling behind ,it’s giving yourself the chance to truly live.

Sometimes i wonder, why we as humans are so afraid to lean on each other?
