First book club meeting!📚📖

We read First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston! This book fostered great conversation and was a great non-spooky thriller for all types of reader! I rated this book 3/5 stars⭐️

5 stars⭐️ for Yellowface by R. F. Kuang!💛

Probably the most relevant and relatable book of our time. Not only was this a brilliant and entertaining story about performative cancel culture, it was approachable for all types of readers. I LOVED this book! Immediately adding more Kuang books to my TBR!✨📖 by @verykerrylibrary

Carrie Soto is Back gets a 4 star rating⭐️🎾

Classic TJR slay! This may be my fav of hers!🎾☀️👟 Such a cute and empowering summer read🩵📖

If you’re looking for a book or author to catapult you back into reading, Taylor Jenkins Reid is your girl and you must pick up The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo… immediately. Always my first rec! by @verykerrylibrary

Another 5 star rating for Terry Hayes’ The Year of the Locust!🪰✈️🕵️

Hayes’ writing is truly like no other. He is a storyteller beyond his years; captivating and educating his reader with each chapter!📚📚📚📚Although this novel was delightful, I will be cleansing my palate with a bit girlier reads as the weather requires!🌞🧴💛 by @verykerrylibrary

First book of 2025: The Women by Kristin Hannah❤️ ⋆｡°✩

Hannah’s books always revive my excitement for reading, especially reading historical fiction! This story taught me more about our country and more about myself as a young woman. Slay. I give it 4/5 stars✨ ⋆｡°✩

Now, I’m reading The Alice Network by Kate Quinn! This book has been on my TBR for about 2 years now and I’m also reading it alongside my sister! Sister book clubs: In. ♡ 📚📖 by @verykerrylibrary
