Oh, this one’s EASY! 😆 I’m 100% TEAM WEARABLE! 🙌

I absolutely LOVE creating crochet pieces that can actually be worn! Sweaters, tops, cardigans, hats… you name it! 🧶

For me, there’s something so special about turning yarn into something you can wear, style, and make part of your everyday wardrobe.

Day 09 of the #croctoberchallenge 🧶 My Favourite Yarn! 🤍

If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably already know that I LOVE working with two strands of yarn! 😍

I’m a huge fan of natural fibres, and my favourite combinations change with the seasons.
There’s just something magical about combining two different yarn qualities. You get the best of both worlds, and I love experimenting with textures and how the fibres work together. 🧶

And yes, I’m definitely a double-strand kind of girl! 😆🤍

Day 8 – A crochet designer I admire 🤍

Once again, I’m a day late to the #croctoberchallenge 😅 But this is one I really wanted to share.

Today, I want to celebrate someone very special to me. My older sister. ❤️

She may not have a huge collection of crochet designs (yet!), but she is incredibly talented in both knitting and Tunisian crochet. And her creativity goes far beyond yarn.

Growing up, she was one of my biggest sources of inspiration, and she still is today.

She is an incredibly talented graphic designer, a creative soul, and a mother of four who has faced more challenges in life than most people could ever imagine. Life took her down a path she never expected, forcing her to leave behind a career she was truly gifted at.

Her story is one of the toughest I know. Yet, she is not someone who seeks attention or makes a lot of noise about what she has been through. Quite the opposite.

And that is something I admire deeply.

There are so many talented designers in this wonderful crochet community, but today I wanted to shine a little light on someone who has inspired me long before I ever started designing my own patterns.

Because inspiration isn’t always about how many designs you create, how many followers you have, or how visible you are. Sometimes, it’s about the person behind the creativity. 🤍

So today, I’m celebrating my sister, @_monahaugland_ 🫶

I’m joining a bit late for the #croctoberchallenge 😅 Doing yesterdays post today 😉 So here is my colour palett • As you can see, a lot of shades of pink, brown and beige ✌🏼 I was so lucky to get my Roll up today and had to share it.
