We are so excited to announce that we are having another art fundraiser event at Nabala Cafe on Saturday, August 8th! Funds will be donated to Amnesty International to help protect asylum seekers entering the United States. In a time where we are divided, we hope to continue uplifting communities and supporting all people, no matter your citizenship status.

Everyone in the United States has constitutional rights—regardless of immigration status.

If you or someone you know encounters Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or other law enforcement officers, knowing your rights can make all the difference.

On November 15th, we celebrated Palestinian Independence Day by holding our second art fundraiser for Human Appeal USA, providing hot meals for families in Gaza. We are so grateful for all those who have supported us in this journey to justice and compassion, and thank you to all of our artists who continue to commit themselves to supporting Palestine and humanity.

We look forward to the many more events we can organize at Nabala Cafe!

Today was Palestinian Independence Day.

As Trump and Netanyahu’s disastrous postwar plans become clear, the U.S. must recognize and respect Palestinian statehood — as 81% of the world already does. Agency and dignity are the only ways we can achieve lasting peace. by @vesseltothevoice
