Car trivia 🏁 What body kit was on Han's FD RX-7 in Tokyo Drift? Comment your answer below. It's pinned in the comments.

⚠️ Spoiler below

The story: VeilSide is a Japanese tuner founded in 1990 by Hironao Yokomaku. The name comes from his surname: "yoko" means side and "maku" means veil. While preparing Tokyo Drift, the film's production found VeilSide's own red Fortune RX-7 demo car at Tokyo Auto Salon, made a deal to use it, painted it orange and black, and fitted the same kit to extra FD RX-7s as stunt and backup cars. The Fortune kit replaces nearly every exterior panel except the roof and tailgate. In July 2025 the screen-used car sold through Bonhams at the Goodwood Festival of Speed for about US$1.2 million.
