This past Saturday was a full circle moment for me✨. Not only I had the chance to open for a techno legend/ Berghain resident, but I had pleasure to play in a special place and party where everything started for me regarding my love for electronic music.

Three years ago, I told my friends, “Imagine how cool it would be if I played here one day.” Saturday was that day.

I want to thank @xoce.1991 and the rest of the @infraboston team for the invite and for always making me feel at home whenever I’m back in Boston. And of course my friends for always showing me so much love and support❤️❤️

Saturday was electric ⚡️

My first set as an official Infra resident — and honestly, I’m still speechless. Easily the favorite show I’ve played so far.

Wouldn’t have been the same without the family of friends who always show up when I play here. The energy in that room was unreal, radiant, alive, and everything I could’ve hoped for.

Big love to the Infra fam for bringing me in and giving me the space to make people dance.

On closing duties, we welcome: VEZ

VEZ is a NYC-based electronic artist whose sound blends the groove of his Italian roots with the raw edge of the underground. Growing up between Italy and NYC he was raised on 90s house and progressive sounds, shaping his deep connection to music and community. Having spent years immersed in the underground scene, he’s developed a deep and wide-ranging knowledge of electronic music, which he channels into genre-fluid sets drawing from techno, house and everything in between. A resident of @infraboston , he plays with instinct and emotion, creating deep, driving journeys that connect with the crowd in any setting.

VEZ closes the night on September 11th. Expect a set that takes the room deep and glues you to the floor until the early hours.

Unbound presents: Compulsion // September 11th · 11pm-late

Boston, we’re back. Another all-night-long warehouse session built on uncompromising techno, pulling together some of the most exciting artists moving through the northeast’s underground circuit right now.

Naomi Duan steps in at peak time. NYC-based and globally forged across the underground scenes of Hong Kong, New York and Europe, her sound blends euphoric synths and raw intensity drawn from over a decade of classical piano training. With a background in psychology, she wants her listeners to walk away lifted, feeling grounded and expanded at once. Fresh off the release of her EP Sensation and Perception on @diffusereality , she brings that momentum to the Compulsion dancefloor.

On closing duties is VEZ — an NYC-based selector whose sound blends the groove of his Italian roots with the raw edge of the underground. Raised on 90s house and progressive sounds and now a resident of @infraboston , he channels a deep knowledge of electronic music into genre-fluid sets drawing from techno, house and everything in between. The kind of closing set that glues you to the floor til the early hours.

Oansen and RY return to the booth — two friends and co-organizers of Unbound bringing a tasteful b2b to the Compulsion dancefloor. Oansen’s Berlin-influenced melodic drive and atmospheric hardgroove meets RY’s ethereal, psychedelic approach rooted in dub textures and restrained percussion. The chemistry between the two speaks for itself.

Opening the night is Fairteh — Moscow-born, Boston-based, and deeply rooted in the city's underground techno scene. An artist we've had on our radar for a while, Fairteh follows the tracks rather than steering them. His sounds are selected for the moment you look up and find yourself somewhere completely new, rooted in years of listening to jazz, funk and fusion. There's a patience and precision to the way Fairteh selects, and we're excited for him to set the tone for the night ahead.

Tonight, we welcome Massimiliano Pagliara, the Leave-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer known for blending the city’s driving techno energy with a softer, more emotional touch, often described as an underground disco sensibility. His sound moves fluidly between house, disco, electro, and techno, balancing classic influences with a contemporary edge.

Alongside his DJ career, Pagliara has built a strong body of production work, driven by a deep love of analog synths and studio experimentation. His album With One Another topped Groove magazine’s charts, while his later record Feel Live, created across Los Angeles, Portland, and Berlin, reveals a more playful, intimate, and expressive side of his sound.

Joining him is Infra resident Vez, setting the tone for the night on opening duties.

We’ll see you there.

Dario and Marco Zenker are Munich-based brothers and founders of the record label Ilian Tape. Dario entered Munich’s electronic scene in the late ’90s, transitioning from Hip Hop and Dub to Techno. His brother Marco followed in 2006, inspired after seeing Dario perform. They launched Ilian Tape in 2007 as a creative outlet, later gaining recognition for their signature B2B sets and genre-blending sound rooted in Detroit Techno, Dub, and Hip Hop. Their albums include Immersion (2015) and Cosmic Transmission (2020), with Marco releasing his solo debut Channel Balance (2022). That same year, they co-founded Tangible Air, a mastering and mixing studio, continuing to shape Munich’s electronic legacy “the Zenkerian way.”

Infra resident VEZ will set the vibe with his dynamic mix of House and Techno. VEZ brings playful kicks and pulsing grooves that keep the floor moving from the first drop.  Limited tickets available at the door. First come, first serve.  We’ll see you tomorrow 🖤
