It’s been a year of simultaneously growing & purging but I wouldn’t have it any other way…
.
This last year in my 20’s has been entirely uncomfortable…
.
per se I came into it with a plan…
.
& while everything was accomplished, God laughed at me as he provided turbulence in every which way possible…
.
That turbulence gifted me with humility…
.
I’m doing all the things & taking all the necessary precautions while remaining open to receive new opportunities as they present themselves. I take my time with my creations & connections because I want longevity & growth over burnout!
.
I’m here to be unstoppable, not invincible 🥂✨ by @vgotsteez

It’s okay if your bandwidth isn’t what it used to be!
.
It’s okay if this season requires you to pivot and re-prioritize.
.
It’s okay if you feel like each day you’re just “figuring it out” 🫠
.
Chances are it’s actually in this space where God is most alive.
.
Release the pressure you feel.
.
Alter your expectations.
.
Allow your higher self’s perspective to remind you that you are living for an audience of ONE.

✨ Softening Into Safety ✨

A sacred space to exhale.

Join us Sunday, June 28th at 11 AM at Vibranium Athletics for a deeply nourishing Reiki + Sound Healing experience. Together we’ll slow down, soften the armor, and reconnect with the safety, peace, and stillness that already lives within.

Come exactly as you are.

This Sunday, February 15th, we create space to release and receive — through sound, reiki, and intentional rest.

If your nervous system has been asking for quiet, this is your sign. 🤍

I paid in lessons, not losses. Soft heart. Strategic mind. What tried to break me sharpened me —
