Hello all you lovely people! 💜 It's been a while since I posted. In fact, my last food post was last decade. 😂🤣
.
So, let's catch up. 2020 has been a doozy of a year. 😒 We've had bushfires, floods, a virus pandemic, and protests. And we still have half the year to go. 😨
.
But you know what? The human species is strong. We'll bounce back from this. We'll help create real change and peace to this world. Justice for all on Earth. So this is not the end. It's the start of a new chapter. One full of hope, joy and an undefeated spirit. 🖤

As General Omar Bradley once said, "it is time we steered by the stars and not by the lights of every passing ship."
.
Sending you all love, luck and happiness. All the best, from Vi. xoxo ❤💕😙

Because Mahatma Gandhi once said, "you must be the change you wish to see in the world."
.
Because we, the human species, are better than this.
.
Because this is not just about George Floyd. This is about injustices faced by people of colour everywhere.
.
Because this is the consequence of oppressing people for centuries.
.
Because evil only happens when good people do nothing about it.
.
It's time.

Let's move forward together and create real justice, change and peace. Here's to a better future. 🖤 by @vi.lnqv

Hooray! I've officially moved past the pasta/pizza stage of my life, and am now into the rice noodle stage. 😆
.
So this here is a yummy bowl of vegan laksa noodle soup, with lots of veggies and tofu! So delicious 😍 It's packed with tons of goodies and rice noodles - and a really awesome coconut soup base! Now that's my idea of heaven. 😙
.
.
I've also discovered a new ramen dish, so I'll probably post that next. Be prepared. Bwa ha ha. 😅😏❤

One of my favourite dishes of all time: ramen! I tried this veggie spicy ramen and I loved it. 😍 (And I may or may not have watched too many episodes of Naruto, and gotten inspiration and ramen cravings from the show. 😋🙄)
.
.
So yes, feel free to join me in celebrating the joys of ramen. It's endorsed by the Nanadaime Hokage himself, after all. 😉 See you all next time! ❤💕😘

Pizza! Yes, more pizza. Is it possible to have too much pizza? 🤔 But this is the last one for a while I promise, I know I've been posting too many lately. 😅🙃
.
.
This one is Domino's new vegan burger pizza. Lots of vegan cheese and special burger sauce plus mock meat and tomatoes. Tasty and delicious! No, it's not the healthiest but one does have to indulge once in a while. 😋 That's all for now folks, until next time. Ciao! 😘❤💕

Life is all about brunch on a bright sunny Saturday morning. 😋 Here I have a tofu scramble plus toast and hashbrowns. A vegan classic! 😍 You'll also find some spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and pumpkin sauce mixed in there too. Plus, plenty of turmeric for good health. 💜 This is quickly becoming one of my favourite dishes to enjoy! Simply yum. 😘❤💕

It's been a while since I posted in the middle of the week, so I'm fixing that today. 🙃 I'm really starting to love Middle Eastern veggie cuisine! 😊 So healthy and delicious... and chickpeas as far as the eye can see. That helps too. 😄😏

So here is a falafel bowl for your viewing pleasure! Filled with the goodness of Persian rice, tabouli, hummus, fresh salad and falafels (the best bit! 😉) P.S. The servers at the Ali Baba store are awesome! So kind and excellent customer service. 10/10! 😍❤💕
