My seven words. What they are. I know the first one.

1. Voice. I remember the years of silence. When my voice had no sound. I did not think about it and did not promise myself. But this year reminded me. And I'm going to make a promise today. I will not be silent. My voice will be heard, it will sound. With words, songs, thoughts, feelings, pain, screaming, barely audible humming, quiet wind, even when I speak to myself in my mind. It will sound.
Even just in letters on paper or in posts.

I promise. No more years of silence like before.
No months of silence as fir sone reasons" will ever happen again.
Never again. To speak, to sing, to be, to be a voice, quiet or loud, embedded or fragile and torn. But to be. To sound. I promise to sound. And no one will ever force me to be silent. I will not allow anyone or anything to exhaust me so that my voice disappears. I am. I am here. I sound. I speak. I sing. Laughing. Singing. I breathe. I sound now and will sound tomorrow.

Even when there are "too much" of me. (If bestie sees she will be angry I think so again))
For others or for myself. Even when I feel like it. It's better to be Too much It is better than to disappear in the noise of the world and not hear yourself.

I write about Happiness and transformations. And they appear in rl. Sometimes exactly as I wrote them. Like the house with peonies.
She draws Happiness ans weirdness. And... it appears in rl. Sometimes.

Maybe our minds, thoughts, dreams, intentions are more deep and strong thsn we used to see them. In a good way. I hope it's in a good way.

Sometimes, the world makes us doubt it. And we hide ourselves so well that noone can see a real vibe. And the border between the fear and the self protection strategy is so thin, actually. Do we even remember who we are? Or maybe it's not about remembering, but about creating, mixing all versions. Anyway, all versions of me like long walks, coffee, and hugging trees. People have emotional support animals. I have emotional support rings.
One is about grandpa. His gift. Always with me. Even when he is already in another world.
2nd is about my creative part. I bought it after 1 creative project, 6 years ago. It's a reminder. To be not only a woman, a psychologist, a mother. But also to be a dreamer. To let this part live and breathe,too. To write. To dream.

Птах, що сидить на дереві, не боїться, що гілка зламається не тому, що довіряє гілці, а тому, що довіряє силі власних крил.

Дуже люблю цю фразу. Світ може бути непередбачуваним, опори - крихкими. Але... якщо є впевненість у власних силах, крилах та в умінні шукати опори коли звичні, зовнішні чи внутрішні, ламаються - немає чого боятись.
Щоб літати мало мати крила. Варто вірити в їх силу. І довіряти гілці на якій можна перепочити. Бо ж навіть найсильніші крила не витримають без відпочинку.
Віра в себе і опора на світ. Довіра. І крилам, і трохи гілці. В балансі. І буде вам щастя)

До чого це я - до того, що побула сьогодні надійним і дбайливим трампліном для сонечка. Летіти за нього ніхто не зможе, але з трави не вдавалось злетіти. З моєї руки злетіти виявилось дуже легко.
