I’ve officially worked out more than I have since becoming pregnant in June 2024. 🥹🥳

I may not be as consistent as I want to be yet, but I’m no longer disappearing for months after one imperfect week. Every time I return, I’m breaking my old pattern.

Starting over still counts when you keep coming back. 🤍🌼

(Ps: yes I made it through a full week (twice😅) but still better than before so!!)

I find myself having a hard time sometimes between being who I’ve always been and becoming the woman I know I’m called to be.

My instinct is to fall back on what I know, react fast, keep my guard up, figure it out, do it on my own. But lately I feel God teaching me something different.

Be still. Have faith. Pay attention. Stop trying to control the outcome. Trust that I’ll know when it’s time to move.

Maybe growth is learning that the version of you who got you here isn’t always the version of you who can take you there.

Little reminders like this keep me moving in the right direction. 🤍🌼
