Vibe Tuning came about during a powerful breathwork session with @thevedicvault , with the framework, name and concept flowing intuitively into my awareness This is who I am and what Vibe Tuning is about So Stay Tuned, ❤️ Phoebe by @vibe_tuning
More than ever, we’re all craving connection In a world where we are constantly connected through screens, messages and social media, we can still feel so disconnected from ourselves, each other and the world around us. But connection is everywhere if we allow ourselves to slow down and feel it ✨ Connection to ourselves. To our breath. To our bodies. To the people we love. To nature, the ocean, the earth beneath us To music, movement, energy I think deep down, we’re all searching for that same feeling to feel seen, to feel understood, to feel like we belong. That’s a big part of what Vibe Tuning is about. Creating space to slow down, reconnect and remember that we’re part of so much connection that we can tap into 💡💡 by @vibe_tuning

Are you ready for your first Vibe Tuning In Person Group Breathwork session in Melbourne? Join me on Sunday 1st November 4-6pm for a group breathwork session. There is something very powerful and special about group breathwork, the energy in the room becomes magnetic and empowering ✨ If you’ve been thinking about trying out breathwork or maybe you want to try this style of breathwork, this is the perfect opportunity to let go of stress and trauma and reset the nervous system. The theme surrounds releasing stored energy from the heart, because we all carry emotions in our heart 🫀 Limited spots available due to space Secure your spot with the LINK IN BIO or DM ME FOR THE LINK PS if you’re not from Melbourne, stay tuned for an online group breathwork soon Phoebe x by @vibe_tuning
A reminder that you are NOT solely your emotion. You are not anxiety. You are not jealously. You are not frustration. They are all ‘parts’ of you, but they do not define who you are. Learning to recognise how these parts work in and around us had been my biggest lesson this year. Detaching the emotion from the physical being of Phoebe has helped me in many ways. Coaching and Breathwork and meditation has allowed me to realise that once we change the way we view our emotions, we take back control instead of letting the emotions control us. Let me know if this landed for you? Xx by @vibe_tuning
