A little adventure, a lot of heart, and a life I’m making my own. 🦋✨

Dance has always been a part of my life. Through joy, disappointment, anxiety, postpartum, accomplishments, fresh starts, stupid boys 😂, and moments when I didn’t quite recognize myself, dance has been there.

For decades, it’s carried me through every season of my life. And I’m proud of myself for continuing to make room for something I love, even when life made it hard.

To the women who feel isolated or like they’ve lost their way: find something you love, or something you’ve always wanted to try. Practice it little by little. Let it become part of your routine. Give yourself something to look forward to and space to reconnect with who you are.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to take that first step. I PROMISE you, what lies on the other side of that valley is more than you can ask, think or imagine. 🤍
