POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a lifelong journey of me learning to accept myself. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always felt that the way I look, my skin, my weight all defined me. While I’ve come a long way, it still creeps up on certain days.

When I saw myself on the Shark Tank India episode, while I was overjoyed with the love, one thought kept poking me - how I looked on TV. All I could do was pinpoint each and everything about me - why does my hair look like that? Why do I sound so weird? Is my makeup too cakey?

But I realized, would I be SO harsh on my sister or my best friend?

Obviously, I wouldn’t.
We’re probably our harshest critics.

We say this a lot at Cosmix - “we care about what’s on the inside” - and at that moment I could only care about my external appearance. Anyway, that’s me saying we’re all a work-in-progress when it comes to being kinder to ourselves and that’s absolutely okay. 💗 by @vibhaharish

Okay I really thought entrepreneurship was working 4 hours a week, getting funded and going on holidays every month— lol not true 🥲

Just an emotional team appreciation post 💪🏼 This week will be the first time I'm taking a week off from Cosmix (🥺) since it was born and having a killer team has been game-changing!
Today we had a pop-up shop in the city which the team managed single-handedly while I'm in the middle of wedding week 💁🏽‍♀️ BIG wins for little Cosmix! After a day of running around on final dress alterations, taking 2 IG live sessions (which the team had prepared me for), the pop-up and dance practice it's safe to say team work is EVERYTHING ✨✨ and also that rest is important 🥲
The team reassuring me to chill when you swipe 💫 by @vibhaharish

This is such a big milestone for Cosmix and this only makes us want to show up more and deliver. During the first wave of Covid-19 last year we started 'nutrition for all' to battle the rising malnutrition in the country and we've been going strong since, all with your support! The future for us is more superfoods, more adaptogens, more holistic health, more farm partners, more bootstrapping, no more shit marketing in beauty and wellness 💪🏽

Gaining support is so difficult when you want to do something new so a huge huge thank you to everyone who has joined my team to make a difference, bought from me when no one else would, friends and fam who've cheered me on for every idea of mine, thank you ❤️ Early supporter are a very rare breed but the most wonderful people. Lastly ma and dad - my biggest entrepreneurial inspiration thanks for everything. And isha @ishaclosepet for being my biggest cheerleader 💕

The last week has been absolutely crazy filled with new experiences. We've had to accept and embrace the changes that the situation demands, we decided to shift into a different factory to manage costs, had a sale where I can't even believe how many orders came in and I've been delivering orders as well to keep up time! Taking up every single role has been so empowering and in fact has helped me eliminate so many bottle necks in the business and actually improve productivity. We learn so much when faced with obstacles. Also, we're packing the rest of our back log orders this week so you should have all your orders soon! ♥️
Extremely grateful for a community that has been so supportive during this period🙏🏼 by @vibhaharish

The last few days have been crazy with setting up my new facility! And then my whole family and the Itsy Bitsy team came down there to inaugurate the place yesterday ♥️😭 A chotu idea of @thecosmixway came to me 2 years back when I had PCOS and was looking for something that was completely natural and could give my body the nutrition that was lacking in my diet. 6 months back, it became even more important to me, because I became a vegetarian and it was even more difficult to get the required nutrition. It was a journey that taught me we are what we eat. Okay more info later 💃🏽 by @vibhaharish
