After a year and a half, I’m so happy to finally share my capstone film, “Moving Day,” with the world. From the sketches in my notebook to the final composited film, it’s been an amazing journey creating this project and learning from my peers and professors along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who supported me and for all the talented artists who helped bring this film to life.

As a love letter to my older sister, who has been my rock and North Star my entire life, I dedicate this film to her.

Check out my capstone film alongside other amazing films tomorrow at Pratt’s All Show screening from 4 PM–8 PM!!

An 1800’s Steampunk-inspired village street with a market, modeled in Maya and textured using 3D Substance Painter!

I had such a fun time geeking out over my love for the steampunk aesthetic with this assignment lol :)!

An experimental animation I created with the footage I took of my Spirograph drawings on Dragon Frame :)🍥

Used sound design/music and colors to create different environments such as a casino, city pop music, and midwestern emo.

So I might’ve gotten a bit excited making this poster for my elective class “Another Earth” lol

This is the cover art page for my “alternative world” Final plus a color variation! (Because I’m indecisive 🙂🙃)

A special treat! Students @prattinstitute made us this beautiful short animation about rescuing and rehabilitating birds in the city. They truly captured the spirit of our work. Thank you!

Film by Aanya Gupta @ag.digitalarchive and Katherine Sinchi @vibrant.obscurity, music by Ønetent, with guidance from WBF animal care manager Katherine Figueroa.
