It's always scanning your environment to CONFIRM whatever you believe to be true!

Don't, Can't, No, etc.

Don't think about an elephant in a blue tutu...what are you thinking?

FOCUS and speak on what YOU DO want!
SPEAK in present or past-tense as if it already is.

I remember when I realized I hated Red Lobster 🤣🤣

I was eating the food and thought, "This isn't even good."
Then I started reflecting back on other times and literally said out loud. "I'm not coming back here."

Just as simple as that. I haven't been back since. Its probably been 10 years.
(Maybe I should go back, I heard a Black man took over...🤔) 😂

Anyway. It's OBSERVE OCTOBER take inventory this month.
