🥹🤝🏽 Background : Took my first cruise in 2019 was it fun yes! But mentally I wasn’t in a place where I was happy. I had no idea how I gained so much weight let alone saw it on me. (298lbs) 🫣🙄.

Fast forward to 2023 weighing 210lbs I’m happy and healthy! Priorities are different and this time they include me! ☺️ I managed to lose weight right from the comfort of my home. 😉💪🏽
