Reminder to myself and who ever needs to hear it

love of any kind is the most beautiful thing but it can also hurt beyond measure, promise yourself to not shy away because you’ve been hurt , don’t let the experience that wasn’t meant for you decide your future efforts , don’t be so quick to put those walls up and close the doors to what’s potentially meant to be, we all want to be loved one way or another but we all need to learn to release that love to each other❤️

Thankful for my lessons , they helped me grow , learn and realize we don’t always get second chances and to take advantage of that chance you do have , put your all in even if it’s scary , don’t run away when it gets a little hard , bet on each other together before you lose each other forever , people come and go and there’s lots of people out there maybe but if the opportunity is already in front of you and the heart is already in it why pass up on something so potentially beautiful for a what if…

SHOUTOUT TO SOME OF MY FAVE INSTRUCTORS WHO HELPED ME GROW THROUGH MONTHS OF FITNESS!

Janna is almost like having a bestfriend as an instructor, you know no matter what she will support you and your choice to use or not use a weight buttt she may still call you out for slacking 😂 , she’s real , honest and just gets it , Janna has motivated me to try classes like spin and even has me laughing instead of dreading the workout even with her killer workouts she keeps you coming back!

Taylor is just such a sweet soul so down to earth but when it comes to booty she does not play. My schedule doesn’t align great with Taylor’s classes so I do my best to make it every Friday to her booty Pilates at rinse which btw sends me off dripping sweat. She is amazing at balance when it comes to exercise and stretch’s and combining the two in very structured sequences , she has really made me appreciate and take notice into body weight movements but also teaches me some exercises I would never have tried before taking me out of my comfort zone.

Rob is the mannnn , I was here for robs classes immediately , his attention to detail when it comes to form and making sure you are accommodated to movements suitable for each and every one, but also keep it slow and controlled . Rob really motivates me and pushes me to go a little further in the nicest way , he has a way with people and connecting with his clients while making classes hard but fun attainable for everyone , building people’s confidence throughout and notice he wears crazy cool socks

one thing I can say for sure is Nicola humbles me with the Pilates ball and other equipment used in these classes , I love her energy and personality she’s straight forward but caring in a perfect balance , she utilizes different equipment to create new unique exercises I’ve never tried before and is very attentive and involved in her clients workout wether that be an adjustment or just motivation. Even in my last conversation with Nicola I felt more confident in the new journey I’m embarking on .

Laura is the ultimate girls girl energy I could ask for from a female instructor , she is so bubbly always brings a happy warm vibe to the by @vic.model02
