proud to announce that I will be graduating with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with Summa Cum Laude honors from the one and only UAB School of Nursing!

incredibly thankful for the education I received and the dedication that was instilled in me throughout this season of nursing school. shout out to my family, friends, and faculty for the continual motivation over the past four years, I love you all.

after graduation, I will be moving to Knoxville and am excited to start my career at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in a medical surgical unit! by @vic_williams13

with graduation right around the corner, i want to deeply thank @uabsna for the past year of life lessons and opportunities that exceeded my wildest expectations. being president taught me the importance of being a leader through service to the chapter, school and community.

attending the NSNA convention in Seattle this year was a privilege that I do not take for granted. it was truly an honor to receive the NSNA ambassador award, which recognizes outstanding leadership, spirit, and impact in one school chapter leader. our chapter also received the NSNA core values award, for commitment to service, professionalism and diversity. thank you to the SNA executive board, advisory team, and @uabson as this would not have been possible without your support. i am forever grateful to all of you.
