What Do You Call Frustration?
Our debut EP = OUT NOW

Sometimes life throws all kinds of frustrations our way. These songs are about those moments and we hope they can be a reminder that it’s okay to get stuck on the “little” (or big) things sometimes!! Let those frustrations out!!

Come celebrate with us @cinetolamsterdam tomorrow, we can’t wait to see you there!! LET’S GET FRUSTRATED TOGETHER 💼👹💔

Special thanks to <3

It shows the band’s frontwoman in a plain office setting, looking bored and slightly annoyed. She rests her head on her hand, elbow propped on a tall stack of binders titled “How to Make Money as a Band,” with the subtitle “70 Lucrative Ways to Make Money as a Band.”

The image is a tongue-in-cheek commentary on the pressure to monetize creativity. It reflects the EP’s themes of frustration. From personal and emotional struggles to the challenge of making a living from music without having to fit into industry expectations. by @vichament

Blonde has been out for just two weeks and she’s already making mischief everywhere hihi💋

So A big THANKS to everyone for listening, spinning, writing about us and adding us to your grungycute playlists. Blonde also snuck her way into KINK’s avondlijst and Spotify’s New Alternative playlist. (OMG!!)

Some things we are especially thankful for: @indiexl picking us as their Indie Disc…AGAIN! @fmalternative spinning us three times in three hours!!! @3voor12noordholland for digging into all the hidden details of HUNK (you keep surprising us with your articles). @camielmusic_ for their never-ending enthusiasm <3 and for noticing how we explore, without ever losing the HUNK sound. @pinguinradio for giving Noa and her synths the credit she deserves (big bless) @makewaves.fm making releases SO EASY, And OF COURSE @kinkpuntnl for playing us every evening ieehhh!👹👹 (@mickhummel if ur reading we also want to bless you and your love for hot coco)

Huge thanks also to @spotifynl for letting Blonde sneak into the New Alternative playlist and @3voor12 for featuring us on their #NIEUWEMUZIEK playlist. <333

And to all you CRAZY COOL INDIVIDUALS listening to HUNK. Where would we be without you? (Seriously?!?!? REALLY) WE LOVE YOU 👹❤️

NEXT UP: our EP release on Oct 3 followed by HUNK’s very own Frustration Festival at @cinetolamsterdam on OCT 4. The ultimate after work meeting if you ask us. So wear your best suit!! (Or your worst we’ll love you either way ;))
