9/22/26, 7:03 am, your soul moved on, and my heart broke. It broke because although I knew we didn’t have a lot of time left, I thought we had more, and we had a lot to make up ❤️‍🩹.

Jim Carrey once said: “Grief is not just an emotion—it’s an unraveling, a space where something once lived but is now gone. It carves through you, leaving a hollow ache where love once resided.

Grief is not a burden to be hidden. It is not a weakness to be ashamed of. It is the deepest proof that love existed, that something beautiful once touched your life. So let yourself feel it. Let yourself mourn. Let yourself remember.

NYC — Part Three

Started off walking in the rain to the dreamiest brunch ever @jams_nyc… and honestly, walking through New York in the rain felt straight out of a movie.

We spent the afternoon wandering, shopping, stopping to see St. Patrick’s Cathedral and, of course, hitting the three-story Anthropologie where Nicole and I ended up buying matching jammies.

Then back to The Pierre to get ready for our team dinner.

One of my favorite parts of this trip was finally meeting women I’ve known through Instagram and this business, but had never actually met in real life and we all immediately connected like we’d known each other forever.

Hearing Magda share the heart behind Olive Rose and how deeply personal this line is to her made the night even more special, especially knowing what we were about to experience together the following night.

NYC — Part One

From the moment we landed, @olivetreepeople made us feel so special. We were picked up at the airport in a beautiful car waiting for us, taken to the gorgeous Pierre Hotel right across from Central Park, and walked into our rooms to flowers and gifts waiting for each of us. It’s all the little details they think of that somehow never feel little. They truly go above and beyond, and I’m so grateful I get to be a part of it.

We got ready and headed to T Bar for dinner, then ended our first night with drinks back at The Pierre.

But waking up the next morning was when it really hit me… we’re in New York.

Coffee in hand, perfect weather, walking through Central Park and just soaking it all in. The people, the sounds, the buildings, the energy… everything felt exciting.

My 2026 MISOGI.

@29029official Steamboat…Completing the total elevation of Mt. Everest, 29029 ft. in under 36 hours.

I wanted to challenge my Body, Mind, Soul, + Spirit doing something, well, physical. But I knew it would take the most Mental + Emotional GRIT to complete.

-14 ascents
-2200 ft elevation gain per hike
-36’ish miles
-Hell hill of .6 miles with an INCREDIBLE grade (the steepest being around 56%)
-one storm delay
-34 hours of hiking
-ZERO sleep
-1 million precisionhydration gels + electrolytes
-pickle juice
-lots of @unwaffles
-4 hikes in the dark
-2 dead head lamp lights
-100K+ steps
-hiking poles accidentally left on gondola (and much heavier ones borrowed until I got them back), Thank You Eric!

I KNEW this was going to be incredibly hard. I did not know HOW hard. However, I also knew, I was finishing no matter what.

Crossing that finish line was one of the most exhilarating moments of my life…so much so that I often wonder if it’s actually sunk in or I’ve really been able to celebrate it.

Back home and already missing running around the city with my girl Nicole.

We seriously had the BEST time. I still can’t get over the fact that we got to do this and experience NYFW together. Like… how was this even real life?!

There were so many moments on this trip where I just looked around and thought, is this really my life? I came home with a very full heart, so many incredible memories and feeling more grateful than ever for where this journey has taken me.

NYC, you were everything. Until next time.

We’re doing a thing. Climbing Steamboat 14 times to reach the total elevation of Mt. Everest.

This is the biggest challenge I have faced since my Bikram Yoga TT in 2009 and I am STOKED!

Going in with an open mind 🧠, an open heart ♥️ and the only sure plan…earning my RED HAT!

I’ve decided to add another component to my 29029 challenge…
