august will always be my favorite month, and the hardest. it's been a full year of missing you and this was how we spent our last days together. full of love, laughter and tears. 🧡🍊

🐶🐻 8.8.07 - 8.23.23 🌈💖 our sweet remybear crossed the rainbow bridge last night at approximately 9:08/9:09PM. he passed peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones. we had 16 beautiful years together. he was so so loved and i was obsessed with him, we all were. i'm not sure how we ended up with such a photogenic puppy who looked cuter with age and whose smile just kept getting bigger. thank you for loving us remybear and letting us love you and be your family. this next chapter of our lives without you will be painful, but i wouldn't trade what we had for anything in this world. i love you so much, and i know you knew that and felt it too. i hope the day that we reunite looks like a scene out of the lewis capaldi music video. until then, i'm going to be missing you every single day. 💖💔 by @vickithai

i've shared remy with all of you for 16 years. some of you have been here since the beginning and some of you are just getting to know remy's smile through instagram. he has been my greatest joy for the last 16 years of my life, my families life. our time together is coming to an end soon, but i wanted to continue capturing the moments we share. i love you so much remybear. by @vickithai

i look back on this past year of having marty and think about what our life could have been if we never went through a miscarriage. but the truth is, marty wouldn't be here if it weren't for that. i didn't think i was ready to raise another puppy, but then marty came into our world when we needed him most. this little white fluffy dog with small uneven eyes showed me that it was possible to love another dog after remy. he helped me find joy in my life again after grief. our world grew a little bigger, and a whole lot happier with him in it even if our wallets grew smaller from all his shenanigans and my bougie standards for him. i love him so much and i'm not sure where i would be today if there was no marty in our life. happy first birthday marty! 🧡🥹😭😩 taken in Annie's Social by @vickithai

one month with marty 💖 i thought it would it a while before i got another dog, let alone a puppy. but everything happens for a reason and marty came into our lives when we needed him most 🥹 this silly small eyed pup already has our hearts even though all he does is bite and sneak attack our feet ☺️ by @vickithai
