We love our home church Faith Church! Today we started God at the box office series. It’s where our pastor takes several well-known movies that were recently released this past year and correlates a biblical lesson to them. We have lots of fun, and decorations for the kids to look at and take pictures with. It’s always a really exciting time. I have been going to this church for many, many years and I will say that they always try to keep everything so interesting. Not only do we have an amazing speaker that truly cares. Lead pastor Steve Huskey, but we also have a great youth Director. I went up to both the youth director and Steve Huskey today and ask them for prayers regarding the upcoming travels taking Lucy to Point Park University or COPA for the next four years to study dance in Pittsburgh. As always they were both so kind telling me that yes they’ll pray , and to keep them in the loop. I am thinking of verse…
Proverbs 22:6 — "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." This is not a transactional guarantee for early adulthood, but a lifelong principle. The seeds planted during childhood remain in their hearts, even if they are buried under a season of rebellion.
Friends if you wouldn’t mind, could you please keep my sweet Lucy in your prayers as she embarks on a dream and goes to her dream school. I pray for her safety, and that God will be with her every step of the way like he already has been through this decision. If you ever want or need a great church to attend faith church is one where you should definitely try. Steve Huskey

Father's Day kicked off on a HAPPY note, and despite Lucy jetting off to the Sunshine State with friends, she still made Joey's day special with a heartfelt Father's Day wish. The Father's Day celebration at Faith church was absolutely uplifting, blessed with a remarkable speaker. We are so grateful for this wonderful church community. What made it even more special was the thoughtful gesture of having a barber on site, generously offering dads a fresh new look, grilled hotdogs to eat, and Dad hats. 🧢 Happy Father’s day to all Dads! Senior Sunday… What an incredible journey it has been! This little sweetheart is just 5 days away from soaring into the next chapter of her life, graduating high school! Though emotions are high, I'm overflowing with joy knowing she's destined for greatness, dancing her way through college.
