POSTS STORIES REELS

Getting the studio ready for my small group Pilates and Mobility session this evening. Cosy is the vibe at the moment 🤗#pilateskendal #smallgrouptraining #pilatesforlife by @vickstrength

Absolutely gagged 😅 hilarious afternoon at work with @trekkingtweed trying to get content from me 🫠 listen to any business podcast or founder story and it’s all about rolling these answers out. Basically I just want to help people 🤗 please enjoy my discomfort, it’s a whole different thing delivering to a class 😂 by @vickstrength

What do I do next? What happens now? These questions ALWAYS COME UP and now we are able@to offer even better solutions. We’ve got a structure in place for completely personalised rehab, but we’ve also got the basics covered with small group Pilates. Geared towards the foundations and basis is, the rehab movements and the things we know we ‘should’ be doing.
All the timings and booking info is on the website. But feel@free to reach out with any questions too. See you soon 👍 by @vickstrength
