After missing last year, it was brilliant to be back at the ANBF international event in Austria.
As always, a brilliantly run event by Mati and his team.

It is always an honour to judge athletes who have given everything to bring their best to stage.

The BNBF is always delighted to be involved and partnered with the ANBF under the DFAC umbrella, bringing like minded organisation together for the good of the sport.

Thank you for awarding DFAC pro cards to your overall winners and invites for the DFAC Worlds to your best athletes.

A good 5 months getting to the gym at least once a week (well, most weeks).

Layla (age 11) managed a 65kg deadlift for 1 rep this evening.

So sorry to hear the sad news about Ricky Hatton. Ricky was a genuinely great guy. It wasn't just done for cameras. Ricky was very unique. He had time for everyone and made people feel special

First ever show was the @bnbf_official Scottish as a Novice in 2012. I looked atrocious and rightly didn’t place! But I loved the experience of competing with some of the best natural physiques in Scotland and wanted to be better.

Fast forward 13 years and we’re still trying to get a little bit better every time we step out.

In this episode Vicky tells her story, which includes what could very well be the biggest downfall in natural bodybuilding history, leading to the early retirement of some of the greatest natural bodybuilders to ever grace the stage, she talks unfair politics, terrible drug testing protocols, potential money making scams in competitive natural bodybuilding, her path to launching DFAC (Drug Free Athlete’s Coalition) and her training in detail!
