Receiving these beautiful words from someone who has been working with me for just three months means so much. ❤️ This is exactly why I do what I do.

Shamanic Kundalini Yoga is so much more than a yoga class. It’s ancient wisdom for modern life. ✨

A journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation. A space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, reclaim your power and find your way back to yourself.

And the journey doesn’t end on the mat. Through classes, circles, workshops and deeper healing experiences, there are so many ways to explore and grow.

I’m Vicky Coventry, founder of Essence 144 – Soul Healing & Intuitive Living, offering group and individual experiences, both online and in person.

🌿 Curious about beginning your own journey? I’d love to hear from you.

Tonight’s Mediumship Immersion got a little uncanny… ✨

Working with psychometry, everyone received surprisingly accurate information about objects they knew nothing about. But even more fascinating were the unexpected connections between the readers and the people whose objects they chose.

Coincidence? Synchronicity? Something more? 🔮

Sometimes you have to experience it for yourself.

✨ Curious about exploring your own intuitive and mediumistic abilities?
DM me MEDIUMSHIP to hear about the next Essence Immersion.

The beach spirits were generous again today… 🌊🖤

Hag stones are naturally holed stones, steeped in old folklore and witchcraft — carried for protection and said to offer sight beyond the veil when looked through.

I always ask before taking from the land or sea, and always leave with thanks. 🌊

A few of these beauties will become pendants — little sea-worn talismans of old magic. 🌀✨#shamanic #naturehealing #naturewitch #sacredmagic #oceanmagic by @vickycoventry

The room was ready. A moment to arrive myself before welcoming our beautiful guests. 🌿

Behind this moment were months of planning, thinking through every detail: the practices, the ceremonies, our time on the land, and how each part would come together. Then the flowers, crystals, bowls and drums, and those final touches to welcome everyone in.

A pause to breathe, settle and take it all in.

I’m really proud of what I created at Avalon Awakening, and so grateful to everyone who came with such open hearts. All that preparation came to life through what we shared together. A beautiful few days in Glastonbury. 🤍. ✨ Avalon Awakening ✨

I’m not quite sure I have the words for these last few days yet.

What began as an idea became a circle of people willing to arrive, to soften, to listen and to step into something a little deeper.

We walked the land of Avalon, sat in circle, moved through the Medicine Wheel, connected with the Moon, shared ceremony, yoga, sound, stillness and rest.

We created our despacho with gratitude and release, sat around the fire beneath the Somerset sky, and allowed some things to be laid down and others to be called home.

And this morning, we walked together to the ancient yew — a beautiful place to end our time together, connecting with a tree that has stood through generations of people, prayers and pilgrimages.

There was laughter. There were tears. There were quiet moments. There were powerful moments. And somewhere amongst it all, a little community formed.

I feel incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted the invitation and came to Avalon.

This retreat has reminded me that we don’t always need to know exactly what we’re looking for.

Sometimes we simply need to create the space…

and allow ourselves to remember. 🌿

✨ Avalon Awakening — Day One ✨

And so we entered the mists and magic 🌙🌿

Our journey began with time in the magical town of Glastonbury, before making our way to Little Earth and gathering together for the beginning of our Avalon Awakening.

We walked the land with Mark from @naturesknowing, foraging, listening and remembering the ancient medicine held within the plants beneath our feet and connecting with the land 🌿

As darkness fell, we opened our sacred circle, drumming in the directions and setting our intentions for the journey ahead.

A Nidra journey carried us beyond the everyday, through the mists and into the ancient landscape of Avalon. ✨

The circle is open.
The journey has begun. 🤍

Perhaps this retreat isn’t for everyone.

Perhaps Something in your life has shifted — or perhaps nothing obvious has changed at all.

Maybe you’re craving some space away from the noise of everyday life.

Space to reconnect with yourself.
To be on the land.
To sit in circle.
To move, breathe, create, laugh, rest and perhaps remember a part of yourself that’s been quietly waiting for your attention.

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga, shamanism, ceremony or anything else.

You simply need to feel the pull. 🌿

Preparations for Avalon Awakening are now almost complete and our beautiful circle is formed.

But rather unexpectedly, there is still one room waiting.

So I’m leaving the door open for one last woman who perhaps wasn’t planning to come to Avalon this Sunday… but reads this and feels something stir.

A week at Findhorn - Embracing Shamanism - Shamanic Practitioner Conference ✨

It’s difficult to put a week like this into words.

Beautiful people, powerful ceremonies, incredible teachings, dancing around fires, laughter, connection, moments of challenge, and plenty that I’m still quietly integrating.

I came to the Shamanic Practitioners Conference open to whatever the week might bring, and I’m leaving with new experiences, new connections and a deeper appreciation for this path I’ve chosen to walk.

And amongst it all, there was Findhorn itself — the land, the forest, the sea and those beautiful early morning walks that brought me back to myself. 🌊🌲🔥

A very special week. Thank you, Findhorn. Until next time. ✨ by @vickycoventry
