Refresh 193 was beautifully led by @deer_ayala . Day 1, I felt clumsy navigating all the nuanced angles, but by Day 4, I had better access to the angles, end range, and the pace. This week 4x Refresh 2x GR15. Next up mat?

This week’s combo: 180 Refresh + Peak Cardio… and I’m loving it.

All of the trainers @tracyandersonstudio are exceptional. Working on this class with @janelle1227 has helped me grow. The way she leads the class makes it feel like she’s teaching the entire time—without saying a word. With every rep, I feel the contractions in a deeper, more intentional way.

I recognize mistakes, but I also see improvement!

Stronger use of shoulder girdle.
Deeper end-range core connection.
More length.
Better organization.

The cardio is great fun, and it’s helping me get more comfortable with the height of the box. I can’t go wrong with an extra :10–:15 sweat sesh. 💦

Tracy, thank you for such exceptional hospitality. From the trainers and chefs to the staff, music, performances, and speakers—every detail contributed to a truly powerful day of learning, revitalization, and meaningful connection in the most beautiful setting. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and for the amazing women I shared it with. For those I didn’t have a chance to connect with, I look forward to seeing you next time ✨.
