Dancing with @thenewjackcoledancers is like dancing with family. I’m so proud of everything we’ve accomplished and I am still glowing from our Monday evening performance at the @chitaawards! What an honor it was to re-stage and perform with @themichellearavena in Jack Cole’s Beale Street Blues and to live it up in our 60’s tribute for the unrivaled honoree of the evening Ann Margaret. @camloeser has put an incredible amount of effort and love into this company and I am so happy to be apart of it. by @vicsames
We have been incredibly lucky here at @ninemile.productions to film for @pigeonwingdance over the past few years. Gabrielle Lamb’s work is thought-provoking, unique, and incredibly captivating and her latest evening-length work ‘Rising’ is not to be missed! 🌊 Performed live alongside the Neave Trio with an original score by composer Robert Sirota as well as recordings by oceanographer Curtis Ebbesmeyer and naturalist Craig Foster (My Octopus Teacher), ‘Rising’ is a dance work about the ocean and our connection to it. 🐙🐡🪼 Performances: April 23-25 Location: Baruch Performing Arts Center Tickets: go to pigeonwingdance.com Video: @ninemile.productions Pigeonwing Dance’s residency and performance at Baruch Performing Arts Center are part of the CUNY Dance Initiative.
