Halloween at Vic’s Jazz Loft! Nathan Bellott’s Last Friday Quartet is making a return to Vic’s Jazz Loft! This band, made up of longtime friends, frequently performs in the NYC area and beyond. In 2025, they enjoyed a weeklong engagement at the Black Cat in San Francisco as well as two jazz festivals at the Mohonk Mountain House in the Catskill Mountains. The quartet’s chemistry enchants audiences with their distinctive take on Great American Songbook classics and contemporary pieces. They are thrilled to return to Jim Thorpe on the night before Halloween, promising some spooky, swinging tunes. Award-winning saxophonist and composer Nathan Bellott has performed across four continents. Formed by the New York City music scene and studies at SUNY Purchase and The New School, he refined his craft through multi-year tenures with Charli Persip’s SUPERSOUND and Hal Galper’s “Youngbloods” quartet. Based in NYC, Bellott leads his own ensembles and frequently performs with ensembles such as the Birdland Big Band, Birdland Latin Jazz Orchestra, and The Stan Rubin Orchestra. His solo debut recording, way down east, was released in 2024. Nathan Bellott’s Last Friday Quartet

Marisol Llaudes is a rising vocalist, bassist and current student at Moravian University. She has sold out concerts in NYC and PA tributing to Amy Winehouse and Ella Fitzgerald and has also performed at The Black Squirrel Club for Nicholas Krolak’s album releases. Blending the timeless elegance of the Great American Songbook with a fresh, and unapologetically edgy twist, Marisol and her trio deliver a striking live performance- often accompanying herself on upright bass in unison.
