Hoy me estuve acordando de mis tiempos en #teatro musical así que me inspiré y armé este reel. (No se sorprendan si pronto subo un par más, que tengo muuuchas fotos! 😃)

Hay proyectos que se quedan mucho más profundo que solo en el CV, y este definitivamente fue uno de esos ❤️ Qué experiencia! Qué emoción! Qué padre fue vivirlo! Qué privilegio cuidar el sonido y estas increíbles voces desde el backstage.

Aunque bien dice Rafiki que el cambio es bueno, algunas cosas permanecen, como mi amor por el teatro ¡y una sorpresa si te quedas a ver hasta el final! 🐾

I started Lagree around February. Then did my back in in April: two full weeks in bed and threeish more to kinnda get back on my feet. Since then, first physio and Lagree, and now just Lagree. Never felt stronger or better in my life.

Gracias @karla.castab por llevarme de la mano en esta recuperación con empatía y paciencia. Gracias @sergiohdez13 por la (re)introducción al método y por acompañarme desde el principio, igual que @cheke_velazquez y ahora @teocallirueda . Gracias @vivithaguzman por el reto y @danielagilguerrero porque aunque solo llevamos una, fue muy buena.
