I spent 3 days in Thailandโ€™s capital city with @eastldnvegan and the gals ate good!! ๐Ÿ‘Œ Here are my top vegan eats in Bangkok: 1. Pad Kapow (stir-fried vg meat with holy basil + chilli) topped with an INCREDIBLE vegan fried egg from the amazing @mellovegan ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ 2. Khao Soi Dumpling Noodle Soup from hidden gem in Chinatown @gyofu5 - this was honestly so delicious I didnโ€™t want it to end! ๐Ÿœ 3. Mini feast from @soveganthailand inside Iโ€™m Chinatown mall featuring satay skewers, tofu knots, fish cakes + spicy rice noodle salad ๐Ÿฅข 4. The most incredible vg pork bao from famous bao shop @gulongbaosalapao (I regret only having one) and strawberry matcha from @matchamaru.th 5. Tofu Pad Thai with crispy vg pork bites from @began.vegan a great pit-stop near the grand palace/reclining buddha! Iโ€™m not a pad thai girly but this was a decent one! 6. pov: you just walked into 100% plant-based PARADISE in Thailand ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ’š If you didnโ€™t know, the annual Jae Vegetarian Festival completely transforms street food stalls across Thailand (mainly Phuket + Bangkok) into a vegan dream! Hundreds of vendors hang up yellow flags with red Chinese lettering (เน€เธˆ) to show everything served is strictly plant-based, egg-free, and dairy-free ๐Ÿšฉโœจ From street food style โ€˜meatโ€™ and skewers to authentic local desserts made completely vegan, the food was all INCREDIBLE!!
