Where’s Victoria been?

Don’t worry too much about me.
I’m doing just fine 🥰💕

After several years of building other people’s beauty businesses, I’ve taken 2025 to myself to pour back into my own.

I took PERSONAL time
I worked for MYSELF
I enjoyed my FAMILY

…and do you know what happened when I stopped worrying about other stuff?

Nothing.

Well, nothing bad. I mean, the grass is green where you water it, so my business is thriving. We’ve had more growth this year in than 22-24 totaled.

Also, in my first year piercing —- I won 2nd best piercer in my town. 💅 owwwww

My family is pretty happy to have a present and more relaxed momma, too.

Also, it wasn’t easy to remove myself from 4 years of constant fight-or-flight. So Courtney at @morcorwellness helped A TON with some well controlled mother’s helpers 😜 There’s no shame in asking for help.

Things are CALM
Things are NICE
If this is a soft-girl era, I’m never leaving 🥰🫶🏼💕

I live on TikTok now, but I’ll pop in here every once in a while. 🤷🏻‍♀️

You can’t scale your business if you’re still thinking like a service provider.

After speaking on the Money Moves Panel (sponsored by Visa) at Vagaro’s Iconic.25, I came home different.
When you get in rooms with people who are building empires — not just businesses — it forces you to look at your own systems and mindset. Luka Hocevar’s keynote hit me right in the gut: if your business depends on you to run, you don’t own a business… you own a job.
So yeah, I’ve been rethinking how I coach. How I lead. How I grow.
