June is Men’s Mental Health Month a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage meaningful conversations about emotional well-being. Men often face societal pressures to be strong, self-reliant, and silent about their struggles. As a result, many experience anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and burnout without seeking support. Mental health is health. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of courage and self-awareness. This month, let’s challenge the stigma by: ✔️ Checking in on the men in our lives ✔️ Creating safe spaces for honest conversations ✔️ Encouraging professional support when needed ✔️ Prioritizing emotional wellness, self-care, and connection To every man navigating life’s challenges: your feelings matter, your struggles are valid, and support is available.💙 Give us a 📞 : 346-298-1720 #MensMentalHealthMonth #MensMentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #BreakTheStigma #MentalWellness by @victorycoachingcenter

👀 Did you know that this week is Children’s Mental Health Week? Our children are navigating a world that moves fast, expects a lot, and doesn’t always slow down to check in on how they’re really doing. Mental health starts early. The way children learn to understand their feelings, express themselves, and cope with challenges shapes how they show up in the world later. As adults: parents, caregivers, educators, and clinicians we have a responsibility to create safe spaces where children feel: ✨ Seen ✨ Heard ✨ Valued This week is a reminder to check in, not just on behavior but on emotions. To listen a little longer. To respond with curiosity instead of correction. ✳️Because when we support children’s mental health early, we change the trajectory of their future. If your child is struggling, you don’t have to navigate it alone. 📞 Families call us if you are in need of support. We are licensed in Texas and provide virtual services for children ages 10+. 💬 Now accepting new clients. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek #ChildMentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #ParentingSupport #PlayTherapy by @victorycoachingcenter

Last week, we had the opportunity to attend and support the MASKulinity Men’s Conference at Rice University. Our work focused on helping attendees understand their GAD-7 and PHQ-9 results, providing education around anxiety and depression, and connecting individuals to appropriate mental health resources. The most meaningful moments came from the conversations when data turned into dialogue, and awareness turned into action. Our Clinical Director; Dr. LaShawn Tucker had the opportunity to be interviewed by Neighbor Front, helping to further elevate the importance of men’s mental health and community engagement. This experience is a reminder that effective mental health work cannot stay confined to office walls. We don’t just sit behind desks we go into communities, meet people where they are, and do the work in real time where it matters most. Grateful to be part of efforts that prioritize access, education, and healing in community spaces. #MentalHealth #MensMentalHealth #CommunityEngagement #LeadershipInAction #CounselorEducator by @victorycoachingcenter
Today our Clinical Director, LaShawn successfully defended her dissertation!!!! She’s FinishEdD!!! It’s DR. Tucker now!!!🤩🔥 #blessed by @victorycoachingcenter
✨ Community Engagement ✨ Our Clinical Director had the honor of being invited to Campbell’s Middle School for their Guys in Ties and Girls in Pearls event to serve as a workshop facilitator on Conflict Resolution. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with students and discuss healthy ways to manage conflict, communicate effectively, and build respectful relationships. Providing young people with tools to navigate disagreements in positive ways helps strengthen their confidence, emotional awareness, and leadership skills. We are grateful for opportunities like this to support the growth and development of youth in our community. 💙 #CommunityImpact #ConflictResolution #YouthEmpowerment #MentalHealthMatters #SchoolPartnerships by @victorycoachingcenter
This morning our Clinical Director; LaShawn Tucker had the privilege of being interviewed on KHOU News to discuss Depression in Black Girls and Women. The conversation centered on the persistent stigma surrounding mental health in the Black community, the symptoms that are often overlooked or misinterpreted, and the critical importance of early identification and intervention. Depression in Black girls is often mislabeled as behavioral issues, while in Black women it is frequently masked by high-functioning roles and cultural expectations of strength. When symptoms are minimized or misunderstood, intervention is delayed and delayed intervention can lead to more severe outcomes. As mental health professionals, educators, and community leaders, we must become more culturally attuned to how depression presents and work intentionally to reduce barriers to care. These conversations are necessary and long overdue. Link in bio! #MentalHealthMatters #BlackGirlsMatter #BlackWomenHealing #EndTheStigma #EarlyIntervention by @victorycoachingcenter

❤️ February is Heart Health Month ❤️ Your heart health matters—more than you may realize. Taking time to get regular checkups, know your numbers, and care for your physical health can make a powerful difference in your overall well-being. What’s often overlooked is the connection between heart health and mental health. Stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic overwhelm can impact your heart, just as heart-related concerns can affect your mood, energy, and emotional balance. Caring for your heart means caring for your mind too. This month is a reminder to slow down, check in with your body, manage stress, and prioritize both physical and emotional wellness. Small steps today can lead to healthier tomorrows. ❤️🧠 Your health—inside and out—matters. #HeartHealthMonth #MentalHealthMatters #MindBodyConnection #WellnessAwareness #FebruaryHealth by @victorycoachingcenter
