I wore neon green today… not just for the color but to reclaim me.For years I dimmed my light & stopped wearing bright colors because someone dear to me made me feel like I was “doing too much.” The truth is, when people can’t handle your shine, they’ll try to dim your light!Not anymore.On Communion Sunday, I chose to honor the Lord by fully embracing who He created me to be. Whether this message finds you in the middle of your week or in the middle of a struggle, I want to encourage you today that all is not lost! I want to challenge you to shift your focus from your feelings to God’s promises…I know people have let you down, I know you can’t trust them as far as you can see them but, God is not like man that He should lie nor the son of man that He should repent! If He said it, so shall it be! Fix your eyes on His promises and tune your ears to His voice, it is there you will find HOPE! “Remember your promise to me; it is my only hope. My heart is so full! 🥹💕Thank you to all of my beloved family and friends for every birthday wish, prayer, call, and gift. I do not take a single moment of your love and kindness for granted. My prayer is that the Lord rewards each of you for taking the time to acknowledge me, it truly means more than words can express!As I reflect, I am even grateful for what the Father allowed me to lose last year, because I trust Him completely in all that I will gain for His name’s sake. Only God can subtract and still multiply. Only He can take away and yet add in ways that overflow.
