Last August, we hosted the Turcotte family from Canada 🇨🇦

Mom, dad, and their two sons (12 and 16) — a family of passionate skiers. The kids compete in moguls, and they came with a clear goal: to get off the groomers, explore the backcountry, and experience the mountains in a different way.

They arrived right in the middle of one of the biggest storms of the season. We started with guided freeride at the resort while it snowed nonstop. The next day, when the sun finally came out, we headed back out for another freeride day — this time skiing all over the mountain. On the third day, we went snowmobile skiing, searching for untouched lines, exploring farther into the mountains, and experiencing that unique feeling of freedom that only the backcountry can offer.

It was one of those weeks that stays with you. Not only because of the snow, but because of the connection and energy of a family truly passionate about skiing.
They left us inspired — and even more motivated to keep sharing the mountains with others. by @southlineschile

En el 2009 iba a hacer mi primera doble temporada, el destino, la costa oeste de Estados Unidos, viajaria con amigos y donde me encontraria con @chopodiaz que era ya veterano de vivir en el invierno.

Sentía mucha emoción y ansiedad como también responsabilidad porque nos estaba apoyando una gran marca internacional @thenorthfacechile y las revistas Chilenas @revistademolicion @latablasnow y revista Lift!

Fue un viaje inolvidable que guardo con mucho cariño ya que fue el inicio de una larga carrera tras las camaras, donde la buena onda y el amor de lo que estabamos haciendo quedo reflejada en las imagenes que quedaron plasmadas en vitrinas de tiendas, el papel y el ❤️!!! by @southlineschile

Pronto compartiremos con ustedes Kuruf, un recuerdo de nuestro viaje al fin del mundo, Ushuaia, Argentina.
En octubre del año pasado, sin prisa y con el corazón abierto, viajamos al sur más profundo, donde termina el mapa y empieza algo más.
Allí nos esperaban la nieve, el viento, y una energía sutil que nos guió sin palabras.
Fuimos siguiendo señales invisibles, dejándonos llevar por lo desconocido.
Lo que vivimos quedó grabado… y pronto podrán verlo con sus propios ojos.

Soon we’ll be sharing Kuruf with you — a memory from our journey to the end of the world: Ushuaia, Argentina.
In October of last year, with no rush and open hearts, we traveled deep south — where the map ends and something else begins.
There, snow, wind, and a subtle energy were waiting for us, guiding us without words.
We followed invisible signs, letting ourselves be carried by the unknown.
What we experienced left a mark… and soon, you’ll see it with your own eyes.
