She is kind but strong, and that is where so many mistake her. They interpret her kindness for weakness and force her to show her strength. #wakandaforever✊🏾

I thought the storm was taking my life apart. Looking back, I realize it was taking apart the woman I had become just to survive. What emerged was not who I used to be, but who I was always meant to become.

There are storms that change the weather, and there are storms that change the soul. We survived the kind that leaves us looking at ourselves differently.

We come out of the darkness carrying no proof that it would get better—only the quiet decision that you would keep going. Sometimes that is what courage looks like.

The storm humbled me. The silence rebuilt me. And somewhere between losing everything I thought I needed and finding myself again, I became free.

I no longer resent the storm. It introduced me to my depth. It showed me what could leave, what could break, and what inside me would remain standing.

When you have walked through a storm alone, peace feels different. You stop mistaking chaos for passion, noise for love, and survival for living.

Had a fantastic birthday week. Some highlights with some of my people.

Happy birthday to me. Thanks to Most High for giving me another year of life! The most wonderful truth is, I’m not getting old, I’m just becoming experienced.

Thanks to all who made my week special by calling, texting and spending time with me.

I think red is my hair colour for fall. ❤️🍂
Something about it just feels right for the season. Bold, warm, and a little irresistible. ✨
Thank you @wig.revolution!!! She’s hot 🔥🔥🔥

🍂✨ Obsessed with this orangey-red nails and design for fall.
So warm, so pretty, and just the right amount of glam. 💅🏽❤️
Definitely my new favorite fall shade.

Would you wear this shade for fall, or are you more of a deep burgundy girl? 👀🍷

Thank you @rabbitmeomeo7 @classynails536

Learn to prioritize yourself—not because you love others any less, but because you finally understand that you matter too.

Stop abandoning your own needs just to keep everyone else comfortable. Stop pouring from an empty heart, explaining your worth, or shrinking yourself to fit in places you’ve already outgrown.

Choosing yourself is not selfish. It is self-respect.

Sometimes the deepest form of healing is realizing that you don’t have to be everything for everyone. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to walk away. You are allowed to choose peace over pressure, authenticity over approval, and yourself over anything that continually costs you your happiness.

Choose yourself. Not once, but every day.
