🌀What is Kundalini Bodywork?

✨ Kundalini Bodywork is a holistic healing modality that works with all layers of our being - the mental, emotional, physical and energetic.

✨ It is a deep and transformative process where we explore who you are, and who you are not, together. Layer by layer, we gently uncover what lies beneath, creating space for you to live with more love, harmony and alignment with your true, authentic self.

✨ Through intention, somatic practices and energy work, we bring awareness to and release blockages, stored emotions, limiting beliefs, behaviours and patterns that may be holding you back.

✨The transformation happens on a holistic level, allowing for a deeper and, most importantly, more sustainable change.

🌀What can you experience during a Kundalini Bodywork session?

✨ Every Kundalini Bodywork session is unique from person to person, and from one session to the next.

✨ For some, it may feel easy to settle into the space, let go of the mind and allow the energy to move freely. For others, it may take one or several sessions before the body feels safe enough to fully open and surrender.

✨ It is common to experience the session as a deep meditation, where you feel deeply connected to your body.

✨ You may experience colours, tingling sensations throughout the body, visions, insights or memories. Others may experience subtle or more pronounced movements in the body, waves of different emotions rising to the surface, sometimes expressed through laughter or tears.

✨ What you experience can be influenced by your intention, what you are moving through in life right now, where you are on your inner journey, and what you need to take your next step.

✨ Our Kundalini energy is deeply intelligent and will never give us more than we are ready to meet. Your Kundalini energy is a part of you, supporting you on your journey towards expansion, love and truth. 🤍

Kundalini Reiki – Energy healing ✨

Kundalini Reiki is a form of energy healing that combines the harmonizing power of traditional Reiki with the body’s natural Kundalini energy – our inner life force that can be awakened and flow more freely through the energy channels. During a session, you receive a healing flow of energy that helps dissolve blockages, strengthen the connection to your inner power and can guide you home to your authentic self.

Each experience with the energy is individual and unique – sometimes calm and still, other times more dynamic and intense. The energy always works for your highest good and supports your journey toward greater balance, awareness, and presence.

It’s a deeply transformative method – one that meets you exactly where you are. ❤️

From the same source.
From the same love.
From the same light.
We are one.

Beyond grateful for this moment with you my dear @vasana.osinska and to share this with all of you❤️

Another dream that came true 🤍 There are no words that can truly capture the past two and a half weeks. I feel deeply blessed and endlessly grateful for the beautiful souls I’ve met souls who, together, have co-created a sacred, transformative journey beyond words
🫸🏽✨🫷🏽

Kundalini Bodywork is a profound journey of awakening a path that guides us beyond layers of pain, trauma, and limitation, into the sacred essence of our being. Through this practice, we remember how to move with the rhythm of our breath and the wisdom of the body, returning to a state of wholeness, bliss, and divine connection. Our inner energy knows how to heal — we simply learn to listen, surrender, and trust its flow 🤍

Happiness is a choice that we all benefit from choosing (once we learn how).

Depth with a paradoxical simplicity is one of many ways to explain this work.

We learn that all emotions are illusions, and that we must experience the depth of our sadness in order to feel the heights of our joy.

We learn how to use our emotions to create and transform energy, to generate abundance. We use our freewill to become a conscious creator of our reality.

As we learn that emotions are illusions that shape reality, we learn to heal our emotions and heal our reality.

From this healed and aligned state we open up to the even bigger illusion of the spiritual and astral worlds, which are also shaping our illusion.

And through the many spiritual truths that we can experience, we may come to know ultimate truth, that is:
• without emotional polarity,
• and without attachment or resistance to pleasure or pain,

and shows us that:
• happiness (without greed) is the truth
• divine bliss is the truth
• LOVE is the truth

& ONENESS IS THE ULTIMATE TRUTH

Kundalini Bodywork has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life🌀

Thank you all❤️‍🔥

Forever grateful for this holistic therapy practice and you @elliottsaxby

Imvutano — the traditional formal dress worn by women in Burundi. Loved it! 🧚🏽‍♀️❤️🧡 by @vidapurabella

Gör mitt hjärta fullt ❤️ by @vidapurabella

Dear 2025

The year of the snake🐍✨

You arrived as a year of transformation - asking me to soften, to release, to trust what was unfolding beneath the surface. Even in a life already filled with blessings, you guided me through deep inner healing, layer by layer.

This was a year of remembering.
Remembering my worth, my truth, my inner power and my soul’s purpose. As I stopped forcing and started allowing, life met me with grace. What once felt distant began to flow toward me with ease.

You brought lessons wrapped in both tenderness and challenge. Old patterns surfaced to be seen, felt, and released. I learned what it means to receive fully love, abundance, joy - without guilt, without shrinking, without apology.

2025, you taught me the language of harmony.
You showed me how freedom lives not in escape, but in presence. How love expands when I choose myself with compassion. How healing unfolds when I listen deeply and move with honesty.

My connection to the divine has deepened beyond words - more intimate, more alive, more anchored than ever before. I feel guided, held, and aligned with my purpose in a way I have never known.

Everything moved quickly this year. Energetic shifts, emotional breakthroughs, inner realignments, all unfolding at a pace that sometimes felt overwhelming. Yet in the stillness of the ocean, in the warmth of the sun, I remembered why I chose this life. Bliss returned me to myself.

This year has been one of love, healing, freedom, and profound learning. My intentions have found their way into form, and I feel myself growing more fluent in the art of co-creation and manifestation.

Thank you, 2025, for all that you revealed, removed, and restored.
You were a year of deep transformation, sacred lessons, and quiet miracles.

2026, I welcome you with an open heart❤️ by @vidapurabella

Feeling infinitely blessed to step into chapter 23 🥳 with a heart that breathes gratitude and a mind that flows in the present moment✨

It hasn’t always been easy to walk this path, an old soul in a young body but within that, I’ve found a quiet wisdom, a gift from the universe whose meaning deepens with every breath.

Today, I honor 23 years of life, of learning, of both light and shadow.
To be a woman - a force of nature, a creation, a sacred vessel of life’s flow.🌀

To once again open my eyes to a new day - that is the miracle.
I am grateful, deeply grateful, for 23 years in this temple🤍Ready to embrace all that this chapter wishes to show me.

And somewhere within me, little Bella smiles, proud of the road we’ve walked hand in hand.
She reminds me to always stay close to the inner child, to let her play, dream, and live freely in every step I take❤️

Oneness🤍

We are not separate. Behind names, skin, and stories — we are part of the same whole. One life, many forms.

When we remember this, love flows. Kindness comes easy.

To harm another is to harm ourselves. There is no “other” — only another version of the same light.

Peace starts inside. When we feel still and whole, the world around us begins to soften too.

Every soul carries the same light, the same love. No one is higher. No one is less.

Thank you for a beautiful session, so much love to all of you🤍
