A great party starts with a great floor plan. 🍸

After planning @melissa_cummings’ wedding at the NYPL a few years earlier, we knew her sister @emilycummings’ wedding needed to feel uniquely different. We also knew their crowd loved to dance, so placing two bars right beside the dance floor grounded the space visually while keeping the energy of the party flowing. 💃

Together with @lewismillerdesign, we looked to the local wildlife that call the surrounding bay home, translating their images into a custom wallpaper that lined the back bar. By drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, we created a bar that felt both unique to Emily’s celebration and deeply connected to its setting. 🐦

For E+M, an invitation suite inspired by a photograph the bride took of her family's backyard, and her lifelong love of books 🌾 A golden hour palette, muted florals, and layered textures set the tone for a celebration on a farm in the Hamptons

The story behind it: B proposed to E on a park bench in Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn — the very bench where their names are inscribed.

That bench, a leaf motif, and a rich green palette carry their story through paper, from proposal to “I do.” by @vidhidattanidesigns

Emily + Ben’s invitation suite and all of their custom designed stationery was as warm and inviting as the two of them, and their families. @vidhidattanidesigns layered in so many textures and perfectly complimented their woodsy, personal designs.

An ode to an old-world aesthetic for K+J 💌

A little map, a lot of love, and just enough detail to make them start counting down. This is how you set the tone before the invite even arrives. 💌
