If God says yes no man can say no. If he says no, no man can say yes. By his grace, I am on to day 2. I ask for prayer today. No matter the result, I will have won - bc I showed up in his mighty name. Amen.

Also - this video is real time not sped up.

If you are wondering, I had the arm bar, transitioned to triangle & hit a wrist lock. If you are one of my students you know I like to compromise the structural integrity of my opponent exposing multiple submissions at once. @flograppling @adcc_official

PanAms 2026 was memorable and successful. After 5 long days of competing, our team was able to land 1 bronze, 4 silvers, and 1 gold. I am SO proud of you ALL - we will highlight everyone’s incredible success in a later post.

I wanted to express how lucky I feel to have this team. Between all coexisting together in a massive Air BnB, we had food trucks, Top Golf, pool parties, and nonstop laughs. To say I am grateful for this team would be an understatement. taken in Kissimmee, Florida by @vienjiujitsu

If you DIDN’T know better, you are ignorant and lack house training. Annoying to deal with but forgivable.

If you DID know better but did it anyways, you are rude, entitled to other’s personal space, and trespassing.

Great training with our Professor @grounddweller in Texas! Learned a new shoulder lock that I have never seen before, reminds me of a PD power half.

We will be collaborating with @bulletproofbjjmma to bring Eddie to Syracuse early 2027 for a seminar and @supermanley_ ‘s first degree, stay tuned! taken in Ground Dwellers by @vienjiujitsu

Congratulations to our newest purple belt, Ms. Audrey.

We are proud of her steady improvement in the past couple years, especially the jumps in her wrestling skills. A staple in our women’s program, a helper in our kids classes, a fierce competitor, and despite being the smallest athlete in the room we have never heard one complaint from her.

Thank you for all your hard work, Audrey! taken in Vien Jiu Jitsu by @vienjiujitsu

Somehow, Grappling Getaways keeps outdoing themselves. The mechanical Rodeo Shark for our Monsters on Vacation theme was an absolute blast.
