Hi, I’m Vienna 🌹I’ve been a hairdresser over 20 years (wow) and I specialize in holistic hair care. ✨After getting sober about 12 years ago, I started getting really sensitive to synthetic fragrances and went down a path of holistic living, I even stopped doing hair color for some years. ✨Today I use Low Tox color and styling products with no synthetic fragrances. I try to keep it as healthy as possible in this industry.. ✨I love, doing effortless haircuts, lived in Colors, sun-kissed natural highlights, brunettes. coppery reds, Grey blending, botanical scalp, and conditioning treatments.✨It’s important for me that you feel comfortable in my chair, so if you want to be quiet, chit chat, go on your phone or laptop, close your eyes, please do so as it’s “ your time” ✨When I’m not doing hair I’m happiest with my hands in the garden, surrounded by flowers, nature, and animals. I love spending time with my cat India, visiting botanical gardens, exploring astrology, meditating, and creating music. This is a friend and client of mine for the past 8 years. She’s naturally brunette but wanted to go blonde, so instead of rushing the process, I took her to a beautiful lived-in blonde over two sessions using low-tox color, non-toxic styling products, and careful placement to protect the integrity of her hair.After she moved away, she had to find a new stylist. Unfortunately, her hair wasn’t treated with the same level of care, and it suffered significant breakage. It honestly broke my heart because we had worked so intentionally to keep her hair healthy.As you can see in the photos, she ultimately had to return to brunette so her hair could recover. Thankfully, she found a stylist who helped her back to a beautiful brunette shade so she can now focus on restoring its health.This is why finding a stylist you truly connect with matters. A Victorian Nighttime ritual 🌹It was said that Victorian woman would brush their hair nightly 100 times. This is a beautiful ritual and excuse to give yourself some self-care and slow down. Brushing distributes your natural oils onto the ends of your hair, creating a conditioning effect, great for circulation for the scalp, also to get off any dust and particles, and energetically I like to spray rosewater on my brush and brush my hair to raise the frequency.Maybe light a candle…put on some relaxing music and just be in the present moment. 🕯️ Your hair will benefit and your nervous system.
