Warm-up and in conversation with @simonboch94 for The Danube Canal Relays📍10. September 2026 @laplume.wien, sign up via link in bio.

We’re excited to announce Simon Boch as a special guest for our pre-event hosted together with @asicsrunning. One of German’s leading long distance runners, a multi-national champion, 2:08 marathoner grounded in family and community.

Join us as we get to know more about Simon, talk about his success, about performance, family, support systems and the role community plays in keeping us running - from the elite level to the everyday runner. Because whether you're chasing an Olympic Standard or simply trying to stay disciplined and work towards your running goals, there's one thing we all have in common: running with others makes us better.

Following the talk, Simon will take us on an easy 30min warm-up run to get excited for the main event of The Danube Canal Relays!

Last week with @evofitness_austria we hosted an Open Day on our continued collaboration focus towards strength training for runners. A day dedicated to introduce, support and further encourage runners towards a habit that is often overlooked in running.

Thanks to @jenniwenth and our very own @_michaelmayr for leading the conversation around why strength training matters for runners — and sharing how to safely implant in ones training and how/when to progress while building resilience and staying healthy through all the kilometers. As well as sharing some practical excercises along with proper form guidance!

Thanks to everyone who joined us and to EVO Fitness for opening their doors and showing that running isn’t just about the kilometres. But also about building a stronger body to keep running!
