This week, One Neighborhood Foundation had the privilege of honoring the extraordinary volunteers of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department with a small token of our gratitude — a bottle of our One Neighborhood Cabernet Sauvignon, created in collaboration with @viennavintner. 🍷

Still, something like this can never truly measure what they give.

These are individuals who quietly dedicate hours upon hours each month — 10, 20, and often more — expecting nothing in return. They don’t do it for recognition. They don’t do it for reward. They do it because something deep within them calls them to serve.

When the rest of the world is still, they are the ones who rise.
When fear enters someone’s life, they are the steady presence that answers it.
When someone is sick, injured, or in crisis — no matter the hour — they show up.

They step into uncertainty, into danger, into the unknown… for people they may never meet again.

And they do it anyway.

That kind of courage isn’t taught. It isn’t required. It comes purely from the heart.

To every volunteer firefighter and emergency responder: thank you for your selflessness, your bravery, and your unwavering commitment to this community. You are the quiet strength behind so many moments of hope, and we are endlessly grateful for you. 💚

Set among the vines at Vienna Vintner, this gathering was a reminder of what makes community so special — generous pours, easy conversation, and moments meant to be shared. With thoughtfully gifted pies heading home for Thanksgiving tables, the evening became a celebration not just of the season, but of connection.

Local experiences like this are what turn places into communities and houses into homes. Grateful for the familiar faces, the meaningful conversations, and the lifestyle that makes this area so special.

On a snowy, chilly Friday night ☃️❄️— our community gathered at our neighborhood wine shop, @viennavintner, for the exciting @oneneighborhoodfoundation Wine Launch 🍷✨.

A delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles 🍇 was officially released—and every bottle sold helps support One Neighborhood Foundation, raising funds to support food-insecure families ❤️.

This wonderful collaboration was made possible thanks to Victor Mendes, owner of Vienna Vintner, whose vision, generosity, and expertise helped us discover the perfect wine and bring it to life 🙌.

We were honored to welcome the Mayor of Vienna Linda Seeman Colbert, beloved educators 🍎, neighbors 🏘️, community champions 🏅, and friends for a night filled with warmth, joy, and connection 🌟.
