This is what your content is missing…

Content with movement, interactions or people get so much more engagement than content without

While you’re creating your content, just think..
Should I film the cake just sat on the table, or someone cutting into the cake with a fork?
Should I film the finished latte, or someone pouring in the milk creating latte art?

Social media marketing is all about making everyday products/services seem interesting, new or exciting

Most hospitality businesses don’t struggle because they’re bad at social media…

They struggle because there’s no structure behind it

Posting here and there. Boosting the odd post. Hoping for the best

Real growth comes from having a clear system, where content, ads, visuals and strategy all work together towards one goal, more customers through the door

This is exactly how we approach social media for hospitality venues

If your social media feels messy, inconsistent, or like it’s not really driving bookings or footfall, this is probably why

What actually makes people book a table?

It's this 👇

✅️ Interior they can picture themselves in
✅️ Menu that makes them hungry before they've even booked
✅️ A peek behind the scenes (aka: the bit
that builds trust)

Your Instagram isn't just a gallery, it's your
first impression!

Your kitchen puts the work in on every plate. Your Instagram should show it.

Good food photography isn't about fancy filters. It's light, angles, timing, and catching the dish before it goes out. Get those right and your food sells itself before anyone's walked through the door.

Behind the scenes! by @viewality_media

Your restaurant's post got 40 likes. Great. But did anyone send it to a friend?

Instagram's head, Adam Mosseri, has said that for reaching people who don't follow you yet, sends (someone DMing your post to a mate) count for more than likes.

For hospitality, that's the game. You need new locals, not just existing fans. Before you post, ask: would someone send this to their group chat? by @viewality_media

Christmas isn't being booked in December. It's being booked now.

The average Christmas Day booking is made around 50 days out, which puts this week right at the start of that window. If your Christmas menu is still a PDF on your website, your regulars are booking somewhere that made it easier.

Five things we'd sort this week if it were our venue: a proper menu post, the room set for a party, real deadlines, a direct booking link, and a small local Meta budget behind it.

Save this for your next team meeting. And if you want a second pair of eyes on your Christmas plan, DM us "CHRISTMAS". by @viewality_media

Unfortunately, we don’t make the rules 🤷‍♀️

Not every post needs to sell. Sometimes it just needs to make someone laugh!

Humour works so well on social media because it doesn’t feel like marketing.. People scroll past adverts every day, but something that makes them stop, watch until the end and maybe even send it to a friend? That’s the content they actually remember

Especially for hospitality businesses, you’re not just selling food and drink - you’re selling the experience, the personality and the reason someone should choose your pub over the one down the road by @viewality_media
