Sometimes you just need a change in perspective 🍁

Took Wednesday off as a personal mental health day to enjoy fall before all the peepers coming this weekend.

You only live once, take the day off ‘Life is GOOD’! 🌲
This is my fall, and how I live it. How do you live fall?

This is an iconic view for a VERY GOOD reason 🍁
It may not be full peak yet but it’s still beautiful isn’t it?

🥾12 mi. Rt including waterfalls, 9.26.26

Very grateful to call this place home, and if I don’t want to travel somewhere else for fall I don’t have to. Why would I honestly need to? 😌

P.s. Happy Birthday celebration hike to @sylvia_aivlys2016 🎈

Last nights sunset: waiting for the colors to pop 🍁

Also stoked for @branwynofficial + finally snagging the ‘SUPREME’ bra 🥰

If I can give you any advice for hiking if you sweat, get yourself merino wool! I sparkle quite a bit when going up hill + love that this company doesn’t make me itch!

You can find them through my bio link, and please ask feel free to ask me any sizing questions! ✨

Who’s ready for fall? 🍁🍂
This morning the temps were in the 30s very crisp!

I love how excited the dogs are- they both love these lovely cool temps. No I didn’t get another dog but Covey always gets to go hiking when I dog sit too!

Finished the first week of school with a sunset hike! ☀️

Tomorrow marks the end of 46Climbs, and I think it’s such a meaningful way to start conversations about suicide and bring awareness to a topic that can be hard to talk about.

We’re all carrying things that others may not see. A little kindness, a little understanding, and simply checking in can mean more than we realize. 💕

Let’s keep the conversation going and remind each other that we don’t have to face everything alone.

P.s. Covey who I am dog sitting for finished his first high peak! So proud of him 🥰
Thankful for friends who enjoy fun adventures like this as well. Life is better shared!

OK, when did fall happen-colder morning temps?! 🍂

I can’t believe I’m already pulling out the layers—aka my Mendocino Wool Sweater from Title Nine. Honestly, I’m not mad about it. 😍🍁

The Mendocino sweater SPECS:

•100% machine washable
•Super durable
•Merino wool blend (30% merino so not itchy)
•VERY soft & easy to throw on as a light layer at the top of a mtn for sunrise ☀️

Fall, I see you… but could you maybe slow down a little? 😂

First day back and dressed like I have it all together… ✨🌻

Prevention educator by day, outfit enthusiast always 😉
Ready for another year of supporting students, spreading kindness, and reminding them that they never have to face things alone. 💗

7 years in school, 3 different schools as a Prevention educator/counselor. Looks like I have a job for another school year 😜

P.s. @threebirdnest is having a 40% off sale!

Ending August and jumping into September 🍁

September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and working with students in prevention and counseling has reminded me just how important it is to look beyond what we see on the surface.

We truly don’t know what someone may be carrying that they haven’t shared. A smile doesn’t always mean someone is okay, and sometimes the people who seem the strongest are struggling the most.

Check in on your people. Ask the extra question. Listen without judgment. Let someone know they matter.

You never know how much a simple “How are you really doing?” might mean. 💙

Let’s make September a month of checking in, showing up, and reminding people they don’t have to go through things alone! by @viewswithem
