We serve strong coffee. Apparently, we attract strong people too. 💪🥷

A regular conversation at the counter today turned into a fun discovery: we were talking to Cara Mack, American Ninja Warrior!

Of course, we had to get a picture. And judging by those guns, we won't be challenging her to an obstacle course anytime soon. 😂

Vigilant Coffee at Bloomingdale's. 🦉☕

This past weekend we were featured alongside De'Longhi at Bloomingdale's, The Shops at Riverside... our bags on the shelf, our coffee brewing live on their machines for shoppers to try.

We started Vigilant with one idea: source great coffee, roast it here in Hackensack, and get it into people's hands. Watching that go from our roaster to Bloomingdale's — in our own city — is a real milestone.
Thank you to the Bloomingdale's and De'Longhi teams for having us, and to everyone who stopped by for a cup.

Our On Watch wall honors the men and women who show up, serve, and answer the call... so it’s always good when a friend who lives that mission walks through the door.

This is my friend and brother @eric.edelstein in service: a Paramus Fire Department volunteer who also serves full-time with Teaneck Fire. Off duty from one department, on duty for another. That’s the exact kind of dedication this wall was built for.

Thanks for stopping by, brother. Now we just need to get a Teaneck Fire patch up on the board! 👀

Great having this crew from Teaneck PD stop by Vigilant for some good coffee and good company.

One of the things we wanted this shop to be from day one: a place where the people who serve our communities know they're always welcome. Starting a shift, ending one, or just need a good cup in between... our doors are open.

Twenty-five years ago today, we watched the unthinkable happen to our neighbors, our first responders, our country.

At Vigilant, that word isn't just our name... it's the reason our On Watch wall exists, and it's personal for our own team. Today we're honoring the men and women who run toward danger so the rest of us don't have to.
