The clarity, sweetness, and vibrant fruit character of our new Decaf coffee, Las Flores, is the result of of a single variety coffee, Pink Bourbon, thermal shocked followed by 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Hailing from one of our favorite coffee regions, Huila Colombia 🇨🇴 This coffee is best enjoyed and savored slowly - we’d recommend using filter methods to help clarify the complexity of flavors, at a 1:15 to 1:16 coffee to water ratio, and a brew temperature of 197-203 degrees. We’re brewing on the @kalitausa Wave and it’s quickly become the best decaf we’ve ever had Try the future of decaf, available at our cafes and online 📷 by @duplawork by @vigilantecoffee
